The Khalsa Group projects include a wide range of building types- including historical structures, schools, hospitals, office buildings, residential complexes, garages, and retail shopping centers.

Louis A. Ferrara's extensive building experience includes over 15 years experience with the design and construction of luxury homes. Mr. Ferrara supervised over 20 residential and multifamily property renovations in Massachusetts. His credentials include: Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License, Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor's License; HUD Housing Quality Standards Inspector.
